Shipping Policy
We ship to the UK Mainland, Republic of Ireland, Europe, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Any orders outside of these territories may be subject to cancelation.
All items are dispatched directly from our fulfilment centres in Wolverhampton (UK), N. Carolina (US) and from our European fulfilment centre in Riga (LV). We will allocate your order to be dispatched from the closest fulfilment centre to your delivery address. Handling processes may vary for different product types. Orders with multiple product types may result in receiving your items in separate parcels to help you receive parts of your order as soon as possible. We have also provided a conservative delivery timescale for each country (as specified below) for the time it may take to receive your order in full:

Rates are subject to change and will be displayed at checkout. Any delivery promotions will deduct shipping charges where applicable, excluding handling fees.
Couriers and Postal Services We Use
For domestic orders to the UK, we mainly use Royal Mail or with larger parcels we may use DHL. For orders to the USA, we use USPS and FEDEX as the popular option. Delivery to the remaining countries will be completed using a local courier or postal service for said regions.
Customs Fee, TAX & VAT
If you are placing an international order, we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees you incur for customs or tax purposes for your country. Please check with your local agencies to ensure you are aware of applicable fees. Any parcels held in customs of the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve with their local agencies as this is beyond our control.
Lost and Disputed Parcels
All our parcels are tracked using the latest geo-location technology available to your country or region. In the event a parcel is disputed but indicates as delivered, we will provide a copy of the signature or delivery confirmation which the customer must then resolve with their local postal service. However, if a parcel has exceeded delivery timescale and does not show any further tracking updates or movement of the parcel for a significant amount of time, we may deem this to be a lost parcel after conducting an investigation. Any parcels deemed as lost in transit will be our sole responsibility to resolve on your behalf.
