Refund Policy
We strive to make sure you love every purchase you make. However, in the event you wish to change your mind, we offer a 14 day return policy effective from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Cost to return will not be covered by us unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

A brief message of the issue and any supporting documents (i.e. photographs)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the returns address, as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will asses the situation and provide a replacement where applicable. Please note, we do not provide an exchange service if you have changed your mind about a product and/ or require another size or colour.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, an email will confirm whether your return has been received and accepted. If approved, your refund will reflect your original payment card within 3 to 5 business days from the date issued. Please note, receiving and processing goods may vary depending on the nature of the item and the postal service you choose to use. We advise to use a tracked service, have adequate shipping insurance cover and keep any proof of postage safe until completion of your return.
